Foundations depends on the generous hearts and hands of our volunteers. Whether you’re directing cars, welcoming guests, running the tech desk, or keeping everyone fed — every role matters. We’d love to have you on the team.
Volunteer Roles
Choose the area where you’d like to serve — or tell us where you’d be most useful.
Car Parking Team
Guide vehicles safely onto site, manage traffic flow and assist attendees with accessibility needs. A friendly face and a calm manner go a long way.
Front of House
You’ll be the first face people meet as they arrive — checking tickets, welcoming attendees, and helping those who haven’t yet booked get registered on the day.
Stewarding
Based around the venue throughout the day, stewards show attendees to their seats and are a warm, friendly presence for anyone with questions. A great role if you love helping people feel at ease.
Tech Team
Operate sound, lighting, presentation slides, operating cameras and vision mixing. Ideal if you’re comfortable with AV equipment or have a technical background.
Catering
Help set up, serve, and clear refreshments and meals. Keep energy levels high and make sure every attendee is well looked after throughout the day.
